Semi-Charmed Autumn 2013 Book Challenge & Plan

I know what many of you are thinking. Not another book challenge. The thing is I want to start reading again and this one seems much easier then the last one that I totally crashed and burned on.

The Challenge:
5: Read a book that does not have "the," "a" or "an" in the title.
10: Read a book that has been featured in Oprah's Book Club. This list includes all the books up until 2010.(Submitted by SCSBC13 winner Erin.)
10: Read a book that takes place in the state where you currently live. If you do not live in the U.S., read a book that takes place in the country where you live. (Submitted by SCSBC13 winner Megan.)
15: Read an epistolary novel, which is a book written in letters, emails, diary entries or other documents. Seethis Goodreads list if you need an idea, but make sure it's actually an epistolary novel first! Goodreads lists aren't verified, so non-epistolary books could have snuck their way on there.
15: Read a book first published in 2013.
15: Read a book with something spooky in the title. (Submitted by SCSBC13 winner Bev.)
20: Read a book with "air," "water," "earth" or "fire" in the title. (Submitted by SCSBC13 winner Gypsi.)
20: Read a book on which a television series has been based (e.g. Orange is the New BlackGossip Girl,Pretty Little LiarsFriday Night Lights, etc.).
25: Read a fiction book that has someone’s first and last name in the title (e.g. The Story of Edgar Sawtelle,The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Bridget Jones's Diary, etc.).
30: Read two books by the same author. They can be in the same series, but do not have to be. Co-authors do not count (i.e. the author must be the sole author of each book).
35: Read a fiction and nonfiction book about the same topic. (Example: Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close and The Woman Who Wasn't There are both about 9/11. Megan planning on doing a whole post with a list of ideas soon, if you care to submit any!)

The Plan:
5 no "the" "a""an" title: Grounded by Angela Correll
This is a ARC that I received so it fits great.

10 Oprah's Book Club: Gap Creek by Robert Morgan
I have been wanting to read this book for a while. This is a perfect excuse!

10 State where I live:
This is going to take me some time to find a book in the setting of Florida. I know "Their Eyes's were watching God" but I already read that book and I would really like a easier book.

15 Epistolary: Frankenstein by Mary Shelley OR World War Z by Max Brooks
This was one of the first ARC books I read. I also read a few others written like this so I am excited to read more. I want to read each of these, I just don't know which one will make it.

15 Published in 2013: Stung by Bethany Wiggins
There are several that I could list here but I really want to finish this book (I only read a chapter) so this is the one.

15 Spooky Title: The Ghosts of Varner Creek by Michael Weems
I can't remember if this is an ARC or a free copy but either way I am glad that I can work it here. Yes I could list Frankenstein here but that works best for the other category.

20 Air, Water, or Fire: Frost Fire by Olivia Rivers.
Another ARC. Yay.

20 TV Series:
This is one is going to take me a bit to find. I might have something but I have to make sure.

25 Someone's First and Last Name Title: Brayden Rider: Tales of a Medieval Boy by C.L. Barnett
Another ARC, got to love how many I have--not.

30 2 Books 1 Author: A Distant Eden by Lloyd Tackitt
Another ARC. I was going to use this as a Epistolary but when I saw it was a part of series, I figured I would use this one. Then again I have a few ARC series so this might go back to Ep.

35 Fiction and Nonfiction:
This is going to hard. I have no idea what I would choose expect dinosaurs. I think I might wait untill after Megan posts about it. That way I can have a good idea of what to look for.

I am so excited for the challenge. I am hopping that it will help read some of the ARCs that I haven't been reading. *cough.

Are you joining in? What are you reading? Do you have any suggestion for me?

I have not been reading nearly as much lately as I used to--this sounds like a fun challenge!

What do the numbers mean in front of each challenge topic?
