Get Messy // Sad Pumpkin

Last week was Halloween and the end of October. I can't believe how fast it flew. I was soo busy. Yet I couldn't help feeling sad. I didn't get to do any of what I really wanted. But that is the good thing about art journaling. I can take my emotions and create with them. I can even journal with my art. That's what I did here. After I created my page, I realized that although I didn't get to do what I wanted I got do to do alot of other things. I hung out with my family, cleaned and organized. My month was great in those terms. I just needed to art journal to see that.

What did you do for Halloween? How was your month of October?
Do you keep an art journal? What about a normal journal?  If so had you ever experienced where creating helped you work things out? Let me know all about it below. I love hearing art stories.

I hear you baout being sad that you didn't get to do the special yearly activites you wanted. This summer was like that for me -- so many things I wanted to do, but we didn't feel good enough and didn't have the means. It does help to look back and se what you did get a chance to do. And when next October rolls around and things work out better, it will sem even sweeter because you remember this year.
